Tooling

We are a full service tooling shop working from sketches, prints, models, or CAD drawings.  For construction of epoxy tooling we generally build our castable master patterns by hand (the old fashioned way) but will on occasion utilize CNC or SLA replica’s when either cost or design dictate.  Aluminum tooling will require engineered drawings.

Our experience with odd molded shapes and applications coupled with our in-house expertise in various construction methods and materials allow us to assist customers in designing parts which can be produced effectively and efficiently.
