In-house design and tooling capabilites are available to fit the customer's best interest. Replication of virtually any surface texture can be recreated, from a highly polished surface to that of a wood grain. Details can be molded to mimic even the finest of accents, right down to a single thread. Standard tools are constructed in-house from an Aluminum/Carbon filled epoxy. Machined and sandcast aluminum tools are also used to fit the demanding needs of particular parts. Multiple tools can be created for high volume efficiency.
